(From release) The Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® (HAAR) and its subsidiary the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS), today announced the launch of a mobile app that works on standard cell phones and smartphones across all mobile carriers.
Using GPS locators, consumers can search by address, city or zip code to see property details for all homes for sale or rent in a specified area, including price estimated mortgage, features, maps, pictures and more. The “Refine Search” feature lets users select a price range, property type and the number of beds and baths to help them find just what they’re looking for.
If a consumer has questions or wants a tour of the property, the “Call” feature within the app directly connects the consumer to an agent via email or cell phone.
“Because we understand the importance of providing consumers with a mobile search app, we partnered with Smarter Agent, one of the leaders in mobile real estate app development, to be able to offer consumers a mobile house-hunting tool that reaches virtually every cell phone user,” said Julie Lockwood 2011 NALMLS President.
The public can download the app to their phone to view all homes for sale or rental property provided by REALTORS in North Alabama. Consumers can text 87778 to TVALLEY to send the mobile app to their cell phone or visit www.ValleyMLS.com to download the mobile real estate app.
